Before you complete the checkout of your apparel order, please visit the sizing chart to make sure it is a good fit. Once an item has been embroidered, we will not be able to accept returns, unless the product is defective.

• All items are custom decorated and may not be returned unless there is a product defect.
• Product defects must be reported within 5 days of receiving the product.
• Sizing charts are different for each product so please pay special attention to each chart
• This store is not managed by Northpoint Development, therefore credit card charges on your statement will come from Wolfpack Consultants
• Typical turn-around time for custom decorated items is 7-10 business days
• Please make sure you complete all parts of the shopping cart and checkout screens. You will receive an email order confirmation once your order is complete. (WO-XXXXXXXX)
